Jay Laschinger is an Executive Vice President and the National Practice Leader of Alliant Retirement Consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate retirement plans and investment consulting. Before joining Alliant in his current role, Laschinger began his career on Wall Street with UBS before going to MorganStanley, after which he became a Principal at Mercer Defined Contribution Advisors in Atlanta.
Laschinger’s focus is on assisting clients in managing their fiduciary responsibility by following a strict due diligence process. This includes aiding in the establishment of an Investment Policy Statement, conducting ongoing customized investment reviews, guiding vendor searches, and other consulting work that presents itself. Laschinger has been named five times to the Financial Times Top 401(k) Retirement Plan Advisors List, most recently in 2019.*** He also won the 401kTV GENIE Award for Investment Design in 2019.
Laschinger is Series 65 registered and holds a BA from the University of Georgia.
